Kallmünz Castle in Merano has been shining under new management since the beginning of May and invites guests to enjoy a special culinary experience.

Within the historic walls, the new menu combines tradition and innovation, harmonising regional South Tyrolean products with Mediterranean cuisine. A unique moment of pleasure is created here with passion and dedication, combining the history of the place with contemporary cuisine.
